Captain Hook!

I'm watching Peter Pan on itv2 and remembering just how great a pirate Jason Issacs makes!
He is one Captain Hook I would happily serve under ;) *snigger*

Don't you agree?

In searching for this image, I found several other lovely photos of Mr Issacs, so keep your eyes peeled over the next few days for those :)

Oh David...

I am so hot for David Tennant this Festive season, so instead of posting photos, I'm going to give you a video of him KISSING people. Mmmmmmm. *sigh*

GLEE!

I've been watching Glee! I love it. It has show tunes, comedy geeks, and best of all, some seriously hot totty.
This is Mark Salling, who plays Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in the show. Er - YUM.

Also: gotta love a man who wears his NKOTB t-shirt with pride. ;)

The Boat That Spunked

Is that title too risque? Ahem. ANYWAY - I've just watched The Boat That Rocked, and discovered the lovely Tom Sturridge. I'm not quite sure where my sudden liking for fey indie boys has come from, but he's yummy.

See?

The Legend of the Spunk

Having exhausted Twilight and True Blood, I've been watching The Legend of the Seeker recently, which is kind of like Xena crossed with Lord of the Rings, and stars a lovely wee chap called Craig Horner.

Aww, so cute and cheeky!

MEN IN UNIFORM

Today's date is 09/09/09 - lovely :) The perfect excuse for me to post pictures of MEN IN UNIFORM. There's also a more serious bit at the bottom, after the usual dose of photos.

My personal favourite when it comes to the emergency services are FIREMEN. Not just because they are sexy, but also because I think they're pretty brave and they drive big trucks with sirens - what's not to like?

Ok, lets get started:

Kurt Russell and William Baldwin in Backdraft - oh, it's a silly film but there's some fab montages of fighting fires and running around and LOTS of nice men in uniforms to power ballads :) Watch the trailer, go on :)

The Towering Inferno is an excellent film - you can see the trailer here on IMDb. It stars the lovely Steve McQueen and Paul Newman. Both very handsome men in their day, I think you'll agree?

Of course, no post about Firemen would be complete without mentioning the events of September 11th 2001. As we're coming up on the 8th anniversary of that fateful day, it only seems right to show respect for the bravery of the emergency services of New York - I hope you won't think badly of me for posting about this here.

World Trade Centre
, starring Nicholas Cage is well worth watching, and is more or less guarenteed to make you cry too. Have another trailer while we're at it. Ok, I should point out that the film isn't about Firefighters, they are Port Authority police officers.

Finally, some links which you should visit:

National September 11 Memorial and Museum
- really inspiring design ideas
The Unofficial Fire Department of NY site - which is nicer than the official one, I think :)
All Gave Some, Some Gave All. Always Remember - The Uniformed Firefighter's Association Tribute to members who perished on 09/11/01

Captain Tight Pants *Not Work Safe!*

This weekend I'm going to Bestival and dressing up like a Browncoat - if you don't know what that means, I insist that you go and look {here}

Anyway, in honour of that, it's time to revel in the glory that is Nathan Fillion.

Yes, he's been in a many excellent shows and movies, including Buffy but to me, he will always be Captain Malcom Reynolds.

Shiny.

Oh, and here he is naked. Mmmm.
He's even on Twitter if you fancy following him. I'd recommend it ;)

Go Team Jacob!

I have recently been alerted to the wonder that is the Twilight series, but I have to say, I'm definitely on the side of the wolves. I give you the lovely Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob.

And here's a cheeky still from the New Moon trailer. Oh my ...

Wizard boys!

If you don't know which film is being released tomorrow, then you must have been living in a cave for a long time.

In the spirit of Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince, I thought I'd add these rather attractive young lads to this blog - it still feels a bit odd, as we first met them when they were waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too young, but they are all turning into quite lovely young men :)

Daniel Radcliffe - Harry Potter

Rupert Grint - Ron Weasley

My personal favourite: Tom Felton - Draco Malfoy

Mr Tumnus!

Watched Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe the other night, and remembered just how lovely James McAvoy is :)

Bite Me - Part 2

Of course, although we love Edward, there's another vamp we need to pay tribute to here on this blog. The BIG BAD, William "Spike" The Bloody from good old Buffy The Vampire Slayer :)

Bite Me - Part 1

Once, there was a boy called Cedric Diggory. All the girls at Hogwarts loved him. Then he was killed by Lord Voldemort in a rather unfortunate incident in a graveyard involving a Triwizard cup. This was sad.

Luckily, he was ressurected as one of the hottest vampires in cinematic history.

Most female muggles with a pulse fell in love. Even the ones who should know better.

I give you:

Edward.
Actually, I give you Edward and Bella, because I think she's pretty damn hot too ;)

PS - Sam, this is for you :D

a doctor and a teacher

I bring you the rather lovely Elyes Gabel:

he's currently in Waterloo Road playing the PE teacher:

yum, he also now is turning his hand to music, and he has a rather nice voice, heres his myspace if you fancy checking it out : http://www.myspace.com/theyoungcontroller.

Boosh Boy

I met this next guy in a club in Brighton at a Robots In Disguise gig. I bumped into him at the bar - literally - and when I turned to apologise I realised who it was.

I underwent an amazing transformation in about .5 of a second from bouncy, tipsy Chloe to TERRIFYING SQUEAKING BOUNCY TIPSY FANGIRL.

"OMG!!!! You're him, you're NOEL FIELDING!!!!"

Luckily, he was actually quite nice about it, gave me a kiss on the cheek and posed for a photo with me.

Sadly, when I told him that I'd just named my new kitten Vince Noir, he seemed less enthusiastic and sort of backed away slowly ;)

Anyway, here he is:
I well fancy him ;)

Entertaining Mr Sloane

OK, I'm starting with my slightly more socially acceptable crush (I'll get to the other one a bit later ...). It's not so much that I want to rip his clothes off, but more about the fact that he's just so unbearably sweet (just LOOK at those beautiful baby blues). This, Ladies, is a full-on schoolgirl CRUSH, and I'm loving it. I even follow his Twitter feed.

I give you: Mat Horne.

And they flocked to the Church of the Hunk...

New authors are being added as quickly as I'd snog some of these delightful beauties :D

I just ask that we keep our posts as work safe as possible, because I want to be able to gaze upon this blog from time to time while selling loo-roll to Disneyland. Yes, that's what I do.

Now get posting my darlings!

Carmine Giovinazzo

My current dirty school-girl crush is the impossibly named:

Carmine Giovinazzo.

Oh, Detective Danny from CSI: NY, you are welcome to come and swab me for DNA anytime :D

Chester...

And as I just created this blog, I thought I'd post the first spunky hunk of the month :D

I've just been watching far too many Linkin Park videos on youtube, and this chap is one of those guys that you really shouldn't but somehow you do....

He's got a stupid name, but somehow I can't not fancy a bit of Mr Chester Bennington:

THE SECOND COMING!

Once, in the glory days of blogging, the days of yore, there was place called 20six.co.uk

The inhabitants of this bloggosphere were good people, kind, interesting and perhaps a little bit mental. Mostly on Sundays.

But whatever their qualities, they all shared one common belief. That certain people were HUNKS and SPUNKY ones at that and as such, deserved to be worshipped and adored. They created a place where all could adorn the walls with the graven images of their idols and WORSHIP. Every day, including Sundays.

Although the first incarnations of this place, this blog of joy were lost in space, time and intarwebs, an idea cannot be destroyed and so - a new blog arose from the ashes!

SPUNKY HUNKS - THE SECOND COMING!
